THE BEETLE (VOLKSWAGON TYPE 1)
The VW Beetle or "Peoples car" was a car marketed for middle class people to afford. Yes, Adolf Hitler was the own that started this concept, but it was a great concept. As a matter a fact the beetle became the most manufactured car ever produced (21,529,464 built). The cars life span was from 1938 to 2003 without a major change in the body style. The unique "engine cooled" system was design by Mr. Porsche. The intention of the Beetle was not to be fast (Only had 1100-1600cc engine) but a car that everyone could afford. There has been many reactions to the Beetle throughout history. From the use of the car for war to a hippie icon of the 60's to a collective car for VW "cult" fans. The Beelte describes a major influence in car history.
All of these cars are imported peices of crap. The only mildly cool and good car is the crx si. It is front wheel drive, so evidently it will be very slow and have minimal traction on the race track. they are only fun to do e-brakers in. You should do better cars like alfa romeo or bmw. I cant stand the fact that you like the bug, it looks like a lump of mud.
